CANCELLATION or amendments

Unfortunately we are not able to make changes (address, size, colour) once an order has been placed as our warehouse starts to process your order as soon as it is received. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. During busy sale periods, this may increase to 3-7 working days. Our warehouse ships between Monday to Friday (excluding national and NSW public holidays).

For Australian orders - Estimated shipping times for StarTrack and Australia Post are between 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times after dispatch cannot be guaranteed by vanheusen.com.au as deliveries are made by third parties such as StarTrack, Australia Post or an independent courier service.

For New Zealand orders - Estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 5-15 business days.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items in our online shop have stock and are ready to ship. Any sizes that are out of stock are marked as unavailable.

On rare occasions at peak selling periods (sales and Christmas) we may have some out of stock issues from customers ordering items at the same time. We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors occur, although they are rare.

Our online collection is regularly replenished so it's worth checking back with us regularly. Alternatively, if the product you are looking for is sold out, you may wish to check availability with your closest Van Heusen store through our Store Locator.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay and Klarna.

During the payment process Van Heusen Australia Pty Ltd. has the right to perform credit checks. Based on the outcome of credit checks we may change, adjust or decline an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases we will offer you the option to select another payment method. The credit results are not known to our customer service team.
